We often work with SMEs that are looking to make the transition from a paper-based or Dropbox-style health and safety system to embrace the many advantages that safety software can offer. Implementing software is also a great way for SMEs to enhance general diligence and to make sure all the risk related issues have been fixed.

T100 Risk Manager works very well for smaller organisations as an off-the-shelf solution without requiring any complicated additions. We have a great deal of experience of working with SMEs to get the most out of the system and getting to grips with how it can best be used within the organisation.

What T100 Risk Manager comes with

We can offer two options when it comes to implementing T100 within your SME. Either we can provide the software straight ‘out of the box’, allowing you to enter data for your team and set up organisational groups yourself, or we can set all of this up for you before handing the system over.

You will receive full training from our technical team, either one to one, or you can join our free user seminars. We also run regular optional seminars where you can suggest upgrades and improvements for later development.

Most of our SME users have an individual or a small team within their organisation who control the system, including setting up and inducting any new users who need to be added in order to do things like daily checklists on the mobile app. We will hold your hand during this in the initial stages until you get used to it.

You can either deploy the system all in one go or module at a time, this is up to you. A full rollout will probably take you a couple of days.

Additional Options

T100 Risk Manager ships with a set of core features and you can add any additional options as you wish. Optional modules would include asset manager, contractor manager or e-learning, for example. We also offer an optional HR system, allowing you to manage all your employees and safety through one login. We can also offer additional support contracts to help with consultancy, admin and employment law.

Consultancy Support

If you need support with operationally managing safety, our team of CMIOSH-qualified consultants can help.

We can assist with a one-off audit, risk assessments, ISO 45001 or just double-check your work. We can also act as competent person, provide helplines and offer admin support.

Employment Law

Our system is used by our direct clients and via partners; these are often safety and HR consultancies with legal teams.

With these relationships we can offer you the kind of support that you receive from the larger consultancy services that usually only base their service around helplines and simple software.
